Where do you ship?
We ship to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.Delivery States in Gold
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you did not receive your the email within 10 minutes, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders.
What are the estimated shipping times?
The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days.
After shipment, the time in transit is estimated at:
● Northeast: 2-4 business days
● Midwest: 3-5 business days
● Southeast: 4-7 business days
● West: 6-9 business days
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Someone 21+ with a photo id must be present at the time of delivery to sign. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or military address?
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, DPO or P.O. Box.
When do orders ship?
Our network of retailers fulfill orders Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders are not fulfilled on holidays and weekends.
What is the refund policy?
We will process refunds when an item has been returned to us due to 3 failed delivery attempts. This process of returning the item to us can take up to 15 business days.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team with a picture of the damage and they will assist you.
How old do I have to be to place an order?
All customers must be at least 21 years old.
Can I return my product?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to Customer Service if you have issues with your order.
I ordered multiple products but only received some of them. What happens next?
